Digital signage at Intermarché: operational know-how
Shelf Service recently supported Intermarché in implementing Digital Signage. Nearly 300 screens were installed in 160 stores. An impressive demonstration of the company’s operational expertise. To make this technical achievement possible, Shelf Service first listened carefully to the client’s needs and provided flexible support to find the best solution for Intermarché’s challenges. These solutions can be deployed à la carte, as physical, digital, or even hybrid formats.

The Health & Beauty kiosk: a model of innovation
The slogan "We challenge everything" from Shelf Service’s Innovation Department clearly reflects the ambition to push boundaries. A great example is the Health & Beauty Kiosk, which is currently being tested by several retailers and continuously developed within this innovative framework. This technology provides interactive and personalized real-time beauty diagnostics, proving Shelf Service’s ability to develop smart, tailored solutions that thoughtfully integrate digital aspects into the customer journey.

Bonusland: a phygital solution to boost engagement
Another concrete example is the Bonusland platform, which Shelf Service created and developed for Carrefour. With over 805,000 registered users and nearly 225,000 opt-in members, this community offers opportunities to promote various campaigns (gaming, cashback, contests, loyalty programs) and engage directly with consumers. Phygital solutions - combining physical elements like stickers, totems, and security covers with digital platforms like Bonusland or brand websites - make campaigns more effective and increase customer engagement.

ScanMania: a phygital promotion solution
One of Shelf Service’s flagship phygital campaigns is ScanMania, deployed in various Carrefour stores. Now in its third edition, this campaign helps customers enjoy highly personalized promotions and offers them the chance to participate - either online or in-store - in a contest to win a year of free groceries. The solution is adaptable and accessible to all, featuring voucher machines at self-checkout lanes and mini-event terminals to provide an inclusive and seamless experience.
