Spotlight on efficiency
A well-coordinated project brings new light. In over 23 Hubo stores, including Zonhoven, the lighting department underwent a complete redesign. Old models were replaced with a new range from Trio Lighting. The project was carried out in collaboration with Shelf Service, which handled the full installation and store presentation. This project demonstrates how close coordination between the brand, service partner, and retailer results in an efficient and consistent in-store outcome.
A fresh new look
Anyone visiting the lighting department of Hubo Zonhoven today will immediately notice the new products. The project is part of a broader remodeling campaign across several Hubo stores, where over 8 meters of Trio Lighting fixtures received a completely new layout.
Shelf Service handled the implementation: old products were removed, new fixtures installed, and each display carefully arranged according to Trio Lighting’s planograms. The collaboration between Shelf Service and Trio International is not new, but it continues to grow in efficiency. Thanks to thorough preparation, the installations in each store could be completed in a single day, with minimal impact on daily operations.
Speed and precision in Execution
For a retailer like Hubo, speed and precision are crucial in this type of redesign. The new presentation needed to showcase new products while becoming operational quickly. Rune Geladé, head of the lighting department at Hubo Zonhoven, emphasizes its importance: “We want customers to notice that we are investing in our departments.
