Brilliant is a German retailer of lighting for consumers and can be found at Brico and Brico Plan-it, among others.

RESULT

During the "light season", which runs from mid-October to mid-March, Brilliant, easily engages  HighCo Shelf Service to guarantee a perfect installation of their product presentations / displays.
